1947-1953 MG Y-Type, MG TC:
Although we do Not offer LED Lighting for the standard D Shaped Light fixtures on the back of the Y-Type, these cars are often fitted with the Round Lucas lamps referred to as Lucas L488 or Lucas L594. These come in both a Flat glass Lens as well as a "Beehive" design. These have been fitted to the back of MANY post and prewar British cars with the likes of the MG TF chrome Taillamp/Stoplamp Plinth to bodywork, or with home produced or specialty companies light conversions hung over or under the length of the bumper or sometimes on the bumper overriders.

1953-1958 MG Magnette ZA/ZB:
REAR: Our Popular Large round LEDs were originally Designed for the ZA/ZB Magnette. Like all Classic Auto LEDs Boards, these use the Entire tail lamp lens for Maximum Brightness and Volume. As All LEDs are more sensitive to problems with light sockets causing flickering or dimming lights, we run wires with bullet connectors to plug Directly in to the existing wiring loom of your Magnette, insuring no voltage drops from a Chinese produced light socket, nor original socket with corrosion. -yes, we've seen it all in our own shop. These work Fantastic as they light up the entire lens, not just that little spot with a replacement bulb that some will consider to save a few dollars.

FRONT: Sidelamps for the Magnette are the flat glass lens held in place with a chrome plated ring and rubber boot. Our Lucas L488/L594 LED board set has more LEDs on this dual layer board and shows nearly as one light. Brighter than any other light and dissipates under the lens very well. As of this writing, we have these in Amber for the front but are investigating peoples desire for white light. Please note that these are sometimes used on the rear of cars that have been retrofit with extra lighting (common in the UK) in which case they come in either red or amber. As always, choose original Positive earth, or Negative earth.

1959-1968 MG Magnette Farina:
At this time, we do not offer exact fit units for the Farina Magnette. We feel for ya, as Farina owners ourselves. Ask us!
1955-1959 MGA & MGA Coupé 1500 Stoplamp Designs:
FRONT: To May of 1959, the MGA front light design remained the same. Unlike our exact fit rear design, we do not have an Exact fit for the front light, but our Beehive boards have been used quite successfully up front anyways. You can read about those HERE.
REAR: The rear lights from the first car to the production model in May 1959 continued the single "Lucas L549" design. This lamp functions as Sidemarker (aka parking light), Stoplamp and Turn Indicator. Our Exact Fit Boards Fill the entire lens and are not dim like others, nor prone to change light output due to minor charging system power surges that we have witnessed on others.

1959-1961 MGA / MGA Coupé 1500 Stoplamp Designs:
REAR BRAKE/SIDELAMPS: The upper rear lights, known as the "Lucas L549" continued, sitting on a stylish new tail lamp plinth to allow the turn indicators a separate circuit. This lamp functions as Sidemarker (aka parking light) and Stoplamp making wiring and turn signalling features easier to work with than the previous generation of the MGA. Our Exact Fit Boards Fill the entire lens- unlike other boards and bulbs. These are Literally the Brighest on the market- not dim like others, nor prone to change light output (Dimming!) due to minor charging system power surges (Engine coming to an idle!) that we have personally witnessed with others.

REAR LOWER TURN INDICATOR LAMPS: The Lower rear lights, lovingly known as the "Beehive" lights, are installed on the lower portion of the 1600 tail lamp plinth, originally solely for the Turn Indicator, our boards have a two stage bulb, which could be used for turn and - something more. For the North American Market red or amber boards could be chosen. For most of the world, Amber boards should be chosen. Choose the correct Polarity for your vehicle: Positive or Negative.

1962 MGA / MGA Coupé 1600 Stoplamp, Sidelamp & Designs:
Gauging Your Interest in the MGA 1622 MKII designed Taillamp board shared with the Austin Mini. We've seen less-than-adequate designs that we would prefer to Not see used in this design as they don't do what we feel they need to. That is what we call wasted money and time installing a poor performing product.
Although a couple sets of our "Beehive" designs will fit under the lens, and would be a Fantastic upgrade, we feel that rather than going for two sets (four boards) of our Beehive, if enough demand exists, we can produce a board that use the Entire Tail Lamp design for Brake while still improving the turn and sidelight abilities. If you are interested in these, please look around at other board designs, costs, and considerations and let us know about what you would like to see.

1961-1980 MGB, MGC, MGB-GTV8 & MG Midget Model Stoplamp Kits:
Classic Auto LEDs early lights are fit to the internal structure of the lens for best fit.
• Choice of 1961-1969 OR 1970-1980 versions.
• These come in both Positive or Negative version.
• Choose UK version boards or North American version boards:
The United Kingdom, Australia, and much of the European Continent version requires Amber Indicators on top. For this, our top board operates solely as a OFF-ON-OFF Amber turn indicator only.
The North American version is designed with the turn indicator in the lower portion of the light. The lower AND upper boards can be used for both Sidelamps (parking lights) and Brake lighting making the E-N-T-I-R-E board light up better than it was ever designed to do! The upper parking lamps are optional to connect or not, depending on your cars system- and your fancy!
Our suggestion: Follow your local laws, but if allowed, the North American Version allows for the lower placed turn indicator that flashes AMBER and more importantly- the ENTIRE tail lamp housing will then be used for brake. Although the UK version is very impressive compared to everything else we've witnessed to come after our design, the US version is just a little stronger. Also bear in mind that Lens colour will not effect LED output, so your choice in lens will have no effect on what the product lights up as.

1962-1968 MG 1100 It's been a while since an MG1100 made it into our shop. There is a slight possibility that some of our products could be fitted, but without a lens to test, we can't be certain.
1967-1973 MG 1300 the same story holds true for the later 1300. If we have a complete tail lamp assembly, we may be able to find a fit. Feel free to drop us a line.
